Psst! Want to meet a Hollywood director whose films have grossed more than $2 billion? Or maybe you'd prefer to pick up some tips from the Hollywood power player who manages Michael Keaton and Samuel L. Jackson. You can do this -- and so much more -- at next month's IndieTalks, an exciting series which will see some of the biggest names in film and TV stopping by Memphis. And, best of all it's FREE!
Whether you're an aspiring filmmaker or just a movie fan, you won't want to miss out on IndieTalks series, which kicks off next month as a part of the Indie Memphis Film Festival. Free and open to the public (with support from the Hohenberg Foundation), IndieTalks offers "panels, labs, and conversations" hosted by various industry pros, including major directors, screenwriters, and Hollywood managers, among others.
I've attended these in the past, and they're absolutely stellar. The list of talent is top-notch, and these talks are always informative and fun.
