We had some snags with both of our players for the D&D 5e actual play, so we decided to do a one shot with the GM-less RPG, Noirlandia! Full disclosure. This first part is NOT us playing the game, but making our characters, building the city, and setting up the story. There's also a lot of us messing with each other and having side bars.
